- The principle of equal basic liberty for all ensures that each person has equal rights to the most basic liberties
- Can anyone please tell me what Rawl's two principles of justice are?
- The difference principle ensures that social and economic inequalities are to be arranged so that they are to everyone's advantage and attached to positions open to all
- Nozick's Three Principles
- The principle of justice in transfer states that holding is just if it is acquired through legitimate transfer r through original acquisition
- The principle of justice in acquisition states that The acquisition of something is just if something is previous unowned and the acquisition leaves enough to meet the needs of others
- Lastly the principle of the rectification of injustice in holdings:An honest attempt will be made to identify legitimate sources of holdings and to compensate the victims.

- And MacIntyre views justice as how deserving a person is and bases his views on community not individuals
