- Hello my name is Jaime, what do you do?
- Hello, my name is Jose and I work in the HR Department , I wake up everydayat 6:30 am, then I take a shower, eat breakfast and go to work. I arrive at workat 08:30.At 09:00 there is always a meeting that lasts 45 minutes.
- Really? Meeting about what?
- In this meeting weanalyze and see what we have to do such as: Planning, Recruitment, Personnelselection, Induction, Training, Performance evaluations, Closing of month's remunerations.Each one was assigned ajob, I was in charge of Recruitment.I have to scheduleinterviews with applicants Until 13:00.
- yes i do, i have 1 hour for lunch i usually eat chickenwith salad. At 14:00 i come back to workuntil 17:00.
- Then youhave lunch?
- No, i don’t because now we can use other platadorms like zoom, teemviver, etc.
- Do you travel for work?
- How great the new platforms make on communicate with people who are far away
- Jamess i have to go, I have work to finish
