- After meeting with Daisy Gatsby stops throwing his luxurious parties at his mansion.
- Tom Sends Away Daisy
- Nick and Gatsby have a discussion about Daisy and Myrtle while Gatsby hides in the bushes of Toms house.
- When Daisy's child is brought in by the nanny she is seemingly uninterested but Gatsby is shocked that the child exists.
- After Tom and Gatsby's argument Tom suggests that they should all head home and says that Daisy should join Gatsby in his car.
