- We'll start by monitoring your heart, Im placing this ECG leads on your chest to track your heart's activity
- Yes it's heavy, squeezing pain in my chest and radiates to my left arm
- What's happening?
- I'm going to start an IV line to give you some medication (aspirin) and fluids
- I'm going to check your vital signs and how you're doing
- Dr. we have a 50 year old patient in ER complaining of chest pain, I've administered aspirin and started oxygen
