- In a abandoned place in the city, this crazy old scientist wants to learn about neon in order to make lasers with colors, so him and his robot army can invade the city.
- YESSS!!!!
- He immediately gets to work and discovers many interesting things like the atomic structure of neon which includes 10 protons, 10 neutrons and 10 electron which is configured as 2-8.

- let me out of here!!!!
- Physical properties that he founds about Neon is that it is colorless, but it can change to a orange color in a vacuum tube. A chemical property he found was that neon has different states and it can change through electron configuration.
- His researching was finally done and him and his robots were ready to invade the city by adding toxins to the neon property.
- However what he didn't know was there was a hero in town and he got caught and arrested. The end.
