- I can´t believe that my male coworkers gain 30% more than i do for the same job
- that´s awful!
- It is due to gender inequality which is when men in our society have more privileges and opportunities than women
- It so sad that still happens in 2021, i have suffered of gender inequality when my mom told me to cook and clean while my brother slept all day
- I agree, even though now we have more rights than before, there is still a lot to improve
- what solutions are there for this issue?
- We as a society could put women into power positions, stop violence and femicides, teach girls to be whoever they want, protect singles mothers, have equal rules for boys and girls at home, raise women´s salaries and teach kids about respect
- So basically be inclusive and treat both women and men with respect
