-   The baby blues are feeling of sadness after someone gives birth
- How long does it last?
- 2-3 days after the baby is born but it can last up to 2 weeks.
- Why does this happen?
- The causes are the changes in hormones in the body after birth.
- what happens during it?
- Don’t feel like eating,more angry/sad and you will cry a lot.
- what can be done to help?
- Get as much sleep as you can,take time for yourself.
