- I agree but I think we shouldn't change some of the points

- I think this bill has good points but it needs to be improved

- It could by reducing the greenhouse gases in the area and we could have a renewable energy source
- Then the bill is sent a committee for discussion
- Those are both really good ideas so lets add to the bill
- I think we should it from coal to non-renewable materials
- We should change from power plant to all factories
- The bill is then sent to the House of Representatives for debate
- Factories should stop using non-renewable energy sources.
- This is a good idea I'm going to sign it.
- Then is bill is sent to senate for debate
- Once the bill done being debated it goes to conference committee
- The bill is then sent off to the president for his signature
