- Department of health (District office) brief the Task team on concern by the mayor and the community about the new virus that seems to be a threat to the community of the Town of Springville. The rise in number of cases is alarming, there is a need for vaccination and research must be done to assess the success of vaccination.

- The task team getting ready for work! According to the department, the vaccine will be sourced from overseas countries, so they only need to get the numerical data and perception of people about vaccination to get a broader view which will help in successfully fight the current emerging virus.

- We will develop a quantitative online survey and conduct interviews using open-ended questionnaire for qualitative data.

- Under the research question, - "Measuring vaccine acceptance and perception - a mixed method study", the team agreed on relevant different aspects of the mixed method research, divided duties and set timeline for the study.
