- Scrooge wakes up a happy and changed man
- "Go and buy the big prize turkey, and tell 'em to bring it here, that I may give them the direction where to take it. Come back with the man, and I'll give you a shilling. Come back with him in less than five minutes and I'll give you half-a-crown!"
- Scrooge asks the boy to bring him back the big prize turkey and that he will pay him if he does.
- "Why it's impossible to carry that to Camdon Town. You must have a Cab!
- Scrooge sends the poulterer's man and the boy in a cab to deliver the turkey to the Cratchits.
- Scrooge sees the man on the street that had came to his office the day before. He donates a large amount of money to the poor,
- Scrooge goes to Fred's dinner party and enjoys himself.
- Scrooge gives Bob a raise and promises to help with Tiny Tim's medical expenses.
- "Now, I'll tell you what, my friend," said Scrooge, "I am not going to stand this sort of thing any longer. And therefore," he continued, leaping from his stool, and giving Bob such a dig in the waistcoat that he staggered back into the Tank again; "and therefore I am about to raise your salary!"
- "I am very sorry, sir," said Bob. "I am behind my time."
