- After swimming about 100 meters in the dark, freezing ocean, Rainsford found a random island. He will later on figure out the island is named Ship Trap Island. When he found the slippery, sharp, rocky shore i bet he was a little relived
- Rising Action 5Finds out Zaroff hunts humans
- Rainsford just arrived on the island and through the trees he could see lights. He thought at first maybe a village but when he finally got to the lights to his delight he saw a giant chateau made of beautiful grey stone, so big it could almost be a castle.
- Rising Action 6Finds out Rainsfords gonna be hunted
- When Rainsford gets to the door knocks with the leery gargoyle knocker and a giant man, with 2 little eye appearing there a beard and hair answers the door. The giant man did not speak, never did at all. The only person who had spoke was a man by the man of GeneralZaroff who was greeting Rainsofrd. Rainsford was feeling a little uneasy at first but felt better when greeted by Zaroff
- Rising Action 7Getting hunted/first trap
- Zaroff starts telling Rainsford about the animal he hunts on island.He tells Rainsford its rare, big. The only pray that can reason. Thats when Rainsford realizes hes talking about humans, hes hunting humans
- As the General and Rainsford are drinking some wine, the general said some stuff that freaked Rainsford out. Rainsford was gonna be hunted. He was now a part of General Zaroffs game
- When Rainsford is in the forest hiding and running from Zaroff he sees these logs. He sets them up into a Malay Man-catcher and hides behind a log about 100 meters away and waits. Eventually Zaroff comes by and gets hit in the shoulder with part of the trap
