- The Law of Inertia!! An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the direction unless is acted upon by an unbalanced force.
- Ohhhhhhhhhh! Yeah that makes sooo much more sense now! Thanks!
- This time I was the unbalanced force. I stooped the ball from going in the direction it was going and at the speed it was going.
- so basically the ball is the object that stayed at rest till you kicked it which means you were the unbalanced force that moved the ball. Then the ball kept going at the same speed in the same direction that you kicked it till the ball hit me and started coming to a halt.
- Yeah that was pretty cool! I have to do homework too so I'll see you later Anna!
