- You're telling me I'll become king and Banquo's sons will take the throne later? But Duncan is king right now....
- Our dear Macbeth, that is all we can say
- Later, Macbeth reluctantly decides to kill King Duncan to become king. His wife urges him to and prepares a knife for him. He then kills Banquo to make sure he won't be the next heir to the throne.
- We're here to celebrate your new reign as king, but what is this nonsense about a ghost?
- I must be going mad. This must be a sign, I must kill anyone in my way. I'll prepare to kill Macduff and his family. I'm afraid they're going to take over my throne.
- Can nobody else see Banquo's ghost? He's all bloodied! What is this treachery!
- Murderers ordered by Macbeth kill Lady Macduff and the son. Macduff hears about this and is enraged. He knows Macbeth secretly killed King Duncan, Banquo, and now his own family. He seeks revenge and brings his army to duel with Macbeth.
- Macbeth and Macduff duel, and Macduff kills Macbeth and becomes the new King of Scotland.
- My lords, your voices I desire aloud with mine. Hail, King of Scotland!
