- On a hot summer day, a thirsty ant was looking for some water to drink. Finding a river nearby, she went down at its edge.

- Suddenly, a strong wind blew and she fell into the water. She was carried away with the water. She didn't know what to do, but kept on struggling

- A dove saw her and she quickly plucked a leaf from the tree and dropped it near the ant. "Climb on the leaf ", she said.

- When the Ant slowly moved on the leaf, the Dove pushed it towards the bank with her beak. " Thank you for saving my life", said the ant and left
- One day, she again went to the river to drink water. As she reached there, she saw a hunter aiming at the Dove. The Dove was not aware of the hunters presence. "I can't let the Dove die. I must save her life as she had saved mine," the ant thought and ran to the hunter. She bit him on one of his foot
- The hunter yelled in pain. This caught the attention of the dove. Seeing the hunter, Dove quickly flew away. The hunter could not find the dove and went home sadly. Since that day, they became friends and lived happily.Moral of the story: If you do good, good will come to you
