- OH YESS!! I learn a lot from that seminar and one of it is how I will improve my mental health!
- OF COURSE!! from now on I will protect my mental health I will help my self to improve my mental health and also to boost my confident and from now on I will accept my self from who I am and you all know that I'm very shy to ask help and now I realize that I really need help I'm very greatful that angel share some advice. for mental health!!
