- I see some discrepancies in the family plan bill amount for our cellphones. What were my payments in the last 6 months?
- I need to also see how has the bill amount trended in the past 6 months.
- In future, I will not allow the automatic debit feature to take control of my finances this way. I had to argue the case for half an hour to get the bill issue sorted out.
- Samantha checks the bill amounts for past 6 months by logging onto cellphone company's website and copying them in a spreadsheet using "Romi Excels" template for future reference.
- I should recommend "Romi Excels" to everybody!
- 6 months later...
- Samantha uses the tools provided in the template to draw some quick charts and analyzes that there indeed is some error in the bill amount.
- Samantha cancelled "Automatic Payment" option from all the utilities.
- There was an issue with another utility bill but because of the trend analysis, Samantha could catch the discrepancy earlier and could discuss it out to adjust before making the payment.
