- Next two weeks pay should be enough to cover the GoPro

- This is Ezra. Ezra is just a regular 15 year old boy who in December is going to Thailand with his family. Ezra has his eyes set on a Gopro Hero 7 Black, but doesn't have a job and will need to save at least $400.00 in a matter of months. Ezra will need to find out what he values most; Playing video games or capturing life changing moments.

- Taking his mother's advice. Ezra decides to apply for a job at the local grocery store. The store's manager Natalie happily offers a job to Ezra as a cashier. Ezra has obviously made a new friend.

- 3 Months later Ezra is about to go to Thailand in 2 or 3 weeks and is only $100 away from the GoPro he so desperately wants.

- Ezra checks his bank balance but realizes that he has a bit ahead of his budget and decides to treat himself to some FortNite skins. Ezra doesn't realize that he still needs $120.00 to afford the GoPro he wants.
- I'm Right on target for the GoPro. At this rate i'll have money to spare
- Left to reach target: $120.66
- Target balance: $450.00
- I could even buy some new skins on Fortnite to impress the boys.
- Ezra spends way too much on FortNite and is now behind his budget terribly. He spends over $140.00 in one night which has now nearly halved the amount he has saved. Ezra will more than likely go without the GoPro he saved for.
- I wont spend too much maybe $20 or $30 but not too much

- Woah 5 skins plus 10,000 V bucks for $60! What a deal.
- The next morning Ezra checks his phone to realize that he is now 6 weeks behind budget and he is going to Thailand in only 2 weeks. Ezra realizes that his impulsive buying has affected his long term saving plan.
- Aghh! how could I have spent $140 on FortNite!
- Left to reach target: $260.66

- There is no way i'll will be able to get that money back in time for Thailand!

- And so now I won't be able to afford the GoPro in time for Thailand.
- Well Ezra if you don't have the money for the GoPro you will have to go without

- I can't believe that i didn't get that GoPro i could scream
- Oh my gosh I can't wait for Thailand.

- Ezra finally realizes the gravity of what he has done and as a last resort tells his mother of what has happened in hope she will help him with the remaining $200 but to no avail. Ezra will officially have to go without.
- Ezra truly understands what his impulse spending has deprived himself of when he sits on the plane. His younger brother Caleb can not contain his excitement.
- Ezra still wishes he had the GoPro while he scuba dives in the oceans of Thailand but appreciates the beauty. He has learnt a valuable lesson.
