Jim's long term career goal is to own his own technology company. Jim wants to be successful and employ people within his small company.

Jim's first step is going to be taking business classes offered in high school. He needs to do well in these classes so he can go to a great college.

Jim needs to graduate college at a with a good grade. This is important so he can use everything he has learned for my job.

After Jim graduates college he'll need to get a great internship so he can learn how to do my job well. At this internship he'll will network and make good connections with his peers.
