- My main goal is to move back home when I am ready to leave Draper House
- Working with the team around me and learning how to do some things for myself. HOW?
- working on my mental and physical wellbeing with staffmaking sure I wash and change my clothes dailymake sensible food and drinks choicesexercise within my abilities
- Caring for myself
- making simple meals, snacks and drinks for myselfmaking sure the area (environment) around me is clean and tidyshopping for food, personal items and clothesmanaging my own money and paying bills
- Doing more and being productive
- drawingspending time with others - family, friends, staff and other people at Draper Houselistening to musicinterests in animalsspending time outsidetrying new hobbies/interests
- Doing the things I like and enjoy
- By doing these things, I can:keep myself safe and wellhave better relationships with othersprevent relapse in my mental and physical health by being occupied and pro-activebe more independent and in control of my lifework towards a safe discharge home
