- Romeo climbs over the wall into the Capulet orchard.
- Th' exchange of thy love's faithful vow for mine.
- What satisfaction canst thou have tonight?
- Romeo sees Juliet at the window and compares her to the sun. Juliet laments the fact that Romeo is a Montegue.
- Hence will I to my ghostly father's cell, his help to crave and my dear hap to tell.
- If that thy bent of love be honorable, thy purpose marriage, send me word tomorrow...

- Romeo announces himself, saying he'll give up his name. Juliet recognizes him by his voice.
- Romeo asks Juliet to swear her love for him.
- Romeo and Juliet make plans to get married the next day and the Nurse calls Juliet inside.
