- Dani has just received really sudden and sad news. A good friend has died in an accident.
- It's 10:30 am. The kids are in daycare and preschool, but she needs to pick up Sidney at noon.
- Her husband doesn't answer when she calls him. Her friends are at work ... Her mom friend Alex doesn't answer either. She has so little time to herself and the clock is ticking. She gets her mom, but Mom can only talk for 5 minutes.
- I'm feeling completely stuck.
- Dani starts absentmindedly reading the news and surfing the web to distract herself
- She thinks, "Well, if James and I had gone to see a counselor last year, I'd have someone to talk to maybe." She does a Google search for "therapists near me" ... When she sees the MyBasis service, offering instant access to a trained counselor ...!
- She now has only an hour before pick-up ... and she clicks to the MyBasis website. She can schedule an appointment she sees for a few hours from now or on a future day, but -- wait -- there it is! This is what she wanted....
