You are now medically stable and are ready to leave hospital, you will need 2 weeks of rehab in your own flat, or you can move into a Stepping Stone Home apartment?
I really want to go home to my flat, but I am not sure how I will cope because of the stiffness and numbness in my legs, maybe a stepping stone home apartment would be a good option?

I am feeling stronger and more confident and positive about my future. I now live in a ground floor sheltered housing flat and am really enjoying being part of the scheme community.
