There are six components to it. The first is observation and question. What's a topic you are interested in? What question can you answer from this topic?

What about this question: Why does balloons float?
Why does balloons float?
After, you feel confident with your research, you will create a hypothesis which is the 4th step.
The next step will be to conduct our Research. This is your opportunity to find about the topic.
Remember your hypothesis is a statement, not a question. You can started such as I predict that...
I predict that balloons float because they have oxygen inside of them.
Experiment procedure:1. Grab a balloon2. Put some air in it.3.Grab a container with water. 4. Place the balloon on the water. 5. Repeat the same steps but instead of air use a water balloon.
The remaining steps from the scientific method is to run the experiment, collect the data, examine the results, and draw conclusions whether you state if your hypothesis was right or not.
I think my hypothesis is correct from what I am seeing doing this experiment.
