- Ah, good morning. Time to go to shul to daven.
- Ashrei Yoishrei Veysecha!
- Shema Yisroel Hashem Elokikenu Hashem Echad!
- Oh no!!!! I forgot to say shema last night! How could I forget!
- Wait.. My yetezer hara is trying to get me to be distracted from davening. I will contemplate this later and continue to daven with more kavana.
- Woohoo! My davening is better than ever. Take that Yetzer Hara!
- …וּכְתַבְתָּ֛ם עַל־מְזוּזֹ֥ת בֵּיתֶ֖ךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ… tonight I put extra attention into shema and contemplated my actions from last night. I feel much better knowing that I was able to push away my troublesome thoughts and realize that by davening with simcha I can overcome my yetzer hara. Good night!
