There once was a girl named "Han." She was boisterous, friendly, and was always enthused to learn.
As she got older, she fell into peer pressure and became a shell of her former self in order to fit in. She distanced herself from the girl she once was.
Then came a day when Han questioned her identity. She questioned if trying so hard to fit in is worth losing a part of yourself.
So Han stopped caring and worked to be more true to herself. She did what she enjoyed and could care less about what others think.
Over the years, Han began to revert back to the friendly, curious little girl she once was. She couldn't be any happier.
This portrait is special to me, because it reminds me that even though I changed over the years, (deep down) I'm still the same person as always.
