- Mandela became president of South Africa and started his own government, were every groud had equal rights, working for peace in Africa
- Apartheid
- A lot of countries wanted Mandela to visit them, including India, Japan, China, Russia, the United States, and many more. He also travelled around different countries through Africa.
- Children's Fund
- To help every children

- The government planned to built a lot of houses for poor africans. They also managed to give electricity to 250,000 homes, to schools and hospitals, and to give them water too.
- The Rugby World Cup
- The apartheid was abolished, so everyone could talk with others without suffering from this system.
- He organized this Fund to help the children in South Africa, and he promised to give them one third of his money. He also created more of this Funds around the world.
- South Africa started to participate in different kind of sports, and they won the Rugby Cup in 1995. There, it seemed like fout hundred years of suffering and bitterness disappeared.
