- Suitors try and try, but they can't put the string on the bow.
- The Fight
- Once Odysseus gets ahold of the bow, he puts the string on and easily shoots through the ax heads.

- Odysseus shot one of the suitors causing alarm to the rest. They begged for forgiveness but ended up trying to fight back.
- Telemachus came and helped Odysseus fight off the suitors while Eurmaeus and Philoetius took care of the enemy that gave the suitors weapons.
- Odysseus kills the last suitor and makes the unfaithful maids help clean and get rid of the suitor's corpses.
