- Yeah I know. I'm planning on joining the football team tomorrow. I need to get in shape.
- Hey Jimmy! Can I join you when you work out after school? need to get in more physical activity and prepare for football season.
- Sounds great! I would really like the company. We can meet up after school at 3:30 p.m.
- TOUCHDOWN!!!!!
- He is so slow. I'm going to tackle him in a second. This wasn't even a challenge.
- First game of the season
- I'm so tired. I should have been getting in at least a half hour of physical activity daily to stay in shape.
- A couple months later.........
- What are you doing all the way back there? Let's go Jimmy. You can do it.
- Wait for me!! You've really gotten fast. You have gotten so much faster and stronger. Daily exercise really paid off.
- Last game of the season...........
- I tried so hard to catch up with him. He's gotten so much faster since the season started.
- Hey son how is your physical activity going?
- Hey dad its going great. I made the winning touchdown today! Thank you for reminding me how important daily physical activity is. I feel so much healthier!
