- Equity is the idea that each person is treated fiarly and impartially.

- Well that is a type of fairness, but in the classroom we are talking about fairness in the sense that it puts everyone on as equal a playing field as possible in regard to academic sucess

- An example of equity is how I get more testing time before of my dyslexia!
- And how I get to sit at the front of the room and get different work sheets with enlarged faunt because of my eye sight.
