- During school holiday,Lisa make her first live stream for chatting with her followers. She want to know what another people do during their holiday since she have nothing to do. She feel very excited for her first live stream.
- At first, the live stream was doing fine. Lisa and her followers are enjoy the livestream until she find someone who use bad language.

- Some of Lisa followers give her bad comment and half of them trying to comfort her. She feel really awkward and sad at the same time. She thought in social media there are always positive things, no hate , but she wrong.
- Lisa feel very upset and frusfrasting because there are so many bad comment and bad language. All the bad comment make her feel down.She burst into tears and feel really bad.
- One of her followers ask her to report all the bad person at comment. She feel very confuse . She scare to make a report in case the report will harm her. At the same time she think ,if she do not tell someone about all the bad comment, it will give bad effect on herself like depression.
- She make a decision to call the number , someone introduce herself as Mrs. Lin . Mrs Lin work as influence of digital wellbeing . Lisa tell Mrs Lin what she have been through and Mrs Lin agree to help her.
