- 3- Quartering Act
- Since I am a British soldier, I can stay at your house and take your finest food and shelter for free!
- I am a colonists and now I will lose my only food and bed, leaving me to starve and sleep on the floor in my own home. I am so mad!!
- The Navigation Act was imposed in 1651 because Britain wanted to bolster their economy by restricting American imports and exports to only Britain. This led to great losses in America but huge gains in Britain and this act infuriated many colonists. This was important because it started the disagreements for the revolution.
- 4- Boston Massacre
- We are the British and we are scared and shocked that they used propaganda to twist our actions, we just got harassed for hours.

- The Stamp Act of 1765 was a small tax on anything from wills to dice. Even though this was a small tax, it was used to pay the funds for troops in America and if you broke it, you would go to a court with no jury to decide. This was done without the approval of the Colonies and even though it was small, it worried the colonists for what was ahead with Britain. This did not raise the current tensions that much.
- 5- Intolerable Acts
- I am the colonist and now I will lost a lot of my rights. This is outrageous so because of this it will make me fight no matter what!
- The Quartering act of 1765 was an outrageous act that made colonies create barracks for British soldiers that would restrict them with good condition and if those got full then the citizens would have to give up their finest things to give to the soldiers. There is significance because it showed that Britain was going to control the colonies more tightly and that would lead to oppressions so this created anger and fear in the colonies.

- The Boston Massacre of 1770 was a skirmish that the colonists started by harassing and throwing things at the soldier for hours until finally he fired shots and they killed 5. This was then used as propaganda as the British killing innocent people and the importance of this was that it got colonists riled up even though this was propaganda and it showed that Britain was not scared of controlling America by any means which pushed the revolution to the front of every Americans mind.
- I am sad but as the same time angry and since I saw the propaganda, I will believe it and go against the British
- The intolerable acts were passed in 1774 and they were reinforcements to other acts like the quartering act and a response to the propaganda used in the Boston Massacre. It made people have less power and give more. This was the final attempt by the British and this made the conflict go to a point of no return. Because of this it was a revolution.
- I am the British and I am shocked by the fact that the colonies are not under control. This gets me scared and now I do not know what to do to control them anymore
- The second Continental Congress was an attempt to create a working government with the intent to create armies to fight against Britain. The significance of this was that this was the start of the independence of America whether Britain liked it or not.
