Good afternoon everyone, after conducting extensive research in the Springville community, we've identified several key factors contributing to vaccine hesitancy. The main concerns revolve around misinformation, distrust in the health system and cultural beliefs.
Our qualitative data sowed that many people rely on word-of-mouth and social media, which have been channels for spreading false information about the vaccine. Others have had negative past experiences with the healthcare system leading to lack of trust in government provided health services

Additionally, there's a cultural element at play. Some believe vaccines conflicts with their beliefs, which are deeply ingrained in the community. However, we found that community leaders have a strong influences over peoples decisions and they could be the key to reversing this trend

We propose a multi-layered intervention. First, we recommend a large-scale community-driven education campaign to counteract the misinformation. We could collaborate with trusted community leaders to deliver scientifically accurate information in a culturally sensitive manner
second we need to rebuild trust in the healthcare system. This can be achieved by establishing a local health task force that includes members of Springville community to bridge the gap between government and the people
