- So, what you see on the board now is an example of projectile motion.
- Yes Ma'am, Projectile Motion is a combination of vertical and horizontal motions that are completely independent of each other. Also, the path the projectile follows is called trajectory.

When an object is thrown in the air it will spend a large percentage of time in the top part of the throw.
