  • Our emotional, psychological, and social well-being are all parts of our mental health. It influences our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Additionally, it influences how we respond to stress, interact with others, and make healthy decisions.
  • So don't ever call someone dramatic because you don't know what someone is going through. Everyone can show emotions. We all have our own problems. And invalidating someone's mental health is insensitive.

  • Check your friends and loved ones. Mental health affects 284 million people in the world and 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24. They include anxiety, depression, and are often a direct response to what's going on in their lives. Mental health is just as important as physical health. When your mental health isn't in the best state, give yourself a break. Embrace your emotions. It's okay to struggle. Talk to someone, consult a doctor. Rest, recover, be kind to yourself and know the bad times are temporary.
