- Alexander Hamilton, it is a pleasure to meet you i would like to talk to you about how we Anti-Federalists decided to run the government with our ideas. As you may know we have decided that the states with the larger population will have larger amounts of representatives and the states with fewer population will have less amounts of representatives.
