- Scene begins with old couple dressed up and walking out of their house. They are going to see new properties
- So much effort just to see one potential house? There's a better way...
- They have a tiring drive across noisy roads, traffic, horns and yells, etc.
- They reach a construction site where a building project is underway. They walk in the hot sun to reach a show flat - sweating & exhausted.
- We got the house of our dreams!
- After all the effort, they aren't happy with the flat. They look into the camera as a voice over shows them a better way to tour and purchase the home of their dreams
- Show them smiling at home, watching a computer screen that displays our current footage - this shows them viewing exteriors, location, amenities, day/night and doing a walkthrough of the house
- End with narration about Prescon X Openhaus collab, explaining how to book a session on site, do a virtual tour with never-before-seen levels of detail and customization, and a transparent, painless and safe homebuying experience unlike any other.
