- After learning about Gina's story, I feel the importance of being the change that we want to see in the world. As educators we need to be the changing agent. We need to think positively and differently so we can bring about a positive change. We need to find the strengths in our students rather than the weaknesses to help our students become unstoppable.

- Classroom Communication ApplicationHaving a classroom application such as Class Dojo can provide parents and teachers with a messaging platform where they can exchange quick reminders, questions or concerns, and address minor issues.
- Helping Parents Share Their Voice
- PhonePhone calls allow for messages to be conveyed instantly. Parents and the classroom teacher can set up a time for the phone call. Teachers can leave a voicemail to alert the parent that they need to speak. Parents can discuss questions or concerns with the teacher without information getting lost in translation.
- Notes Writing a note or letter enables parents to communicate with teachers. They can write their questions or concerns in the note. They can express their thoughts. 
- E-MailE-mail is a quick and effective way to maintain back and forth communication. It is a professional platform that allows multiple individuals to be attached to the thread. Communication messages can be referred back to. E-mails are quick and easy to check as well because teachers can check e-mails on their school device such as a computer and respond back to parents in a timely manner.
