Our indicators and research have detected several problems because we have an adaptive system we need to address these problems and find solutions that not only benefit the company but also prioritize the well-being of our employees and the community.

Yes, I conducted research using employee surveys and have found that more than 65% of employees want a new schedule to be put into place. With 45% agreeing that a more flexible work schedule would benefit them.

What social, environmental, and financial benefits would allowing for adjusted employee working hours bring to our company?

This shift will have a positive impact on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). For the environment we expect there will be less time spent in traffic reducing carbon emissions which will benefit our environment.

Financially, In our new budget we estimated a 20% increase in profit because of an increase in employee productivity. Furthermore, Fixed costs will remain the same and variable costs will increase 5%. This leaves us with a 15% increase in profit!

Our idea involves a system where we can choose what times to clock in and out based on our lifestyles. However, we still want to work 8 hours a day.

We have come up with a plan. Employees can clock in between 8-10 a.m. and clock out between 5-7 p.m. Everyone is still required to work an 8 hour day, this policy will replace the old 9:00 am-6:00 pm Schedule. How can I make sure this policy is working well?

Great idea boss! I approve of this solution. Using coordination I am going to make sure that the change is taken into account in each department. And I am going to implement new indicators to measure the results of the change.
