- In the middle of the night these two twins, Sam and Eric, came running down from the mountain horrified and trying to wake up Ralph. They had been on fir duty when they saw the beast and took off running down the mountain. They told all of this to Ralph and it was decided and a group of boys would go looking for the beast.
- Broken Conch
- After Ralph, Jack, and a boy named Roger returned from looking for the beast all the boys were talking when Ralph made a mistake, he insulted Jacks hunters in front of him. Jack became angry and called his own assembly, he then went on to say that went the group went looking for the beast Ralph stayed behind. He also said that Ralph wasn't a good chief and that he was going off on his own. He welcomed anyone to come with him and he promised them meat and fun, so of course eventually they came. By the end of it the only people left were Ralph, Piggy, a few little kids, and the twins.
- Hunt and Hide
- Jack invited all of the boys for a feast with him and Piggy, Ralph, and the twins ended up joining. When they were there however Jack started convincing people to come with him and Ralph got mad, he started telling them they didn't have the right things like fire, the conch, and shelter because a storm was coming. In his attempt to prove Ralph wrong Jack started dancing and said that they would just dance through the storm. While dancing, Simon can out of the forest in very bad condition, getting scared Jack and the boys dancing attacked Simon and killed him thinking he was the beast.

- After Jacks group attacks Ralph, Piggy, and the twins, Ralph realises that they took Piggy's specs so knowing that he needed them for fire, they decided to confront Jacks crew. After a series of arguments and fights Piggy gets angry. He confronts them and asks whats more important, fun or rescue? They release a big rock from the top of their shelter that crashes down, breaking the conch in Piggy's hands and sending him flying onto a rock. After hitting his head he died.
- After Piggy died all chaos started, the twins were taken by Jack and when Ralph visited them that night they had joined his group but still held loyalty for Ralph. The boys told him that Jack and his group were planning to hunt Ralph the next day. Afraid, Ralph ran and his under bushes and when the boys would find him he would attack them with a wooden spear and run to hind again. He did this until finally someone caught him and he had to take off running. To make matters worse Jacks group had also set the island on or to smoke Ralph out.
- While running away from Jacks boys, Ralph runs into a navy officer standing on the beach. They are saved?! The officer starts asking questions and behind Ralph, Jacks group comes into the clearing to just stare at the officer. While answering his questions Ralph starts to explain how they used to be peaceful but it all went wrong. This makes Ralph emotional and suddenly he starts breaking down crying, he cries for their loss of innocence, friends, and the darkness of mans heart. Suddenly Jacks group is crying to. They're saved.
