- Democracy leaders were the citizens living in the state, city, etc. Democracy came to power through intellectuals who attempted experiments with new governments, and this government still lives to this day. Democracy has been criticized for not offering enough political stability. As governments are frequently elected on and off, policy changes tend to occur often.

- The leaders of this government were kings which changed from time to time. Oligarchy came to power by rich people wanting to get more money because of their selfishness. The poor people turned to other great leaders who told them that they would make their lives better so the leaders made the evil leader out of power. People thought that this government was not good because it made poor people even more poorer.

- The leaders of Monarchy differ from time to time and how they came to power was from power through conquest, acclamation, election, or inheritance. The people who gave money to the king for the army to survive wanted more power than the king so they made elections for the king and limited the time they could rule. People had been punished for not doing certain things.
