Newton's Second Law of Motion states that the force acting on an object depends upon the object's mass and acceleration. Let us Look at a few examples
Why is it so hard to push this chair while you were easily able to push that stool ?
Case : 1The below example shows the dependence of Force on the mass of an object
It's pretty simple. The chair has a greater mass than the stool and hence requires more force to be pushed.
The ball did not accelerate far enough to fly over the net, because the player did not apply enough force in throwing the ball
