- Hey dude. why weren't you picking up your phone yesterday. i called you a million times.
- i don't have money to buy a new phone. The local service shops are charging a lot for the screen replacement
- My Phone fell from the stairs yesterday and the screen broke. I couldn't find a service centre for my phone brand nearby. now iam stuck with this 2 year old broken phone.
- Have you tried sending the phone to Unite?
- yea man. its this new start-up that repairs smartphones from ay brand affordably
- Affordably?how do they make repair it for low prices? must be using cheap duplicate parts.

- no man!. they get their parts directly from the parts manufacturers. Avoiding the phone brands from being a middleman
- they also make a small amount from the brand they are repairing. Brands are willing to pay the small fee to them for repairing as it is much easier and cheaper for them than to employ people themselves. so, it's a win win .
- and also repairing is much better for the environment than the phone ending up in a landfill
- Oh cool. so now i could just go to the same place to repair any of my phones. and not worry about finding the phone brands official service centres.
