- In this scene, Sergei Pavlovich is coming from walking a lot of miles in the snow and freezing cold weather. when he finally found a town he went to each house and he found one that was unlocked. He walked into the basement and found a guy who has been drinking and was passed out. Sergei Pavlovich just walked down there, grabbed some of the man's food cause he hasn't eaten in a couple of days, and slept under a table. When he was walking he kept repeating this statement. I am a man of destiny, I will not die.
- Okay boss, I'm sorry we'll get this done.
- WE DON'T HAVE TIME WE HAVE TO SEND ANOTHER SATELLITE!
- In this scene, the girl (never says her name) is trying to figure out the design of the spacecraft and what it's going to take to build it. Their goal is to build a spacecraft and launch it in a month but they aren't looking so good.
- I heard about that; I don't think the dog survived though.
- Here this, the second soviet satellite was launched, and it had a dog named Laika on board
- In this scene, it shows a plane flying in the sky. That is because the soviet union is testing how a dog (Laika) would react with no one on the aircraft him. suddenly the plane started to go down, the plane's engine was failing. after the plane crashed, Dr. Yazdovsky ran over to check it out. He found out that the dog was still alive, which really surprised him.
- I don't know but it could just be a plane.
- What is that in the sky?
- In this scene, the boss (Sergei Pavlovich) is yelling at the manager. He is yelling at him because his manager and his workers are taking too long. Sergei Pavlovich wanted the second satellite launched in a month and they only have 2 days until that month is done. They still need to finish building the spacecraft and they need to figure out who is going to be on board when the spacecraft is launched.
- In this scene, The people on the plane are talking about the second soviet satellite and how it was launched with a dog on board. They read a little bit more about it and saw that Laika sadly didn't survive. eventually, the news about how the satellite launched with Laika on board spread around pretty quickly.
- It says here that the dog sadly will not make it back to earth.
- In this scene, people are looking up at the sky cause they see something. They think it's a plane but in all reality, it is a spacecraft with Laika on board. Laika sadly isn't alive anymore but what she did at the time was really amazing. Laika became one of the first animals to orbit the earth.
