- Guys, good morning. I just wanted to remind everyone of our supreme student government meeting tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. in room 13. We're just going to talk about whether or not single-use plastic should be banned. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

- We may now begin because everyone has arrived. I'll take the lead. I tend to agree that single-use plastic should be banned since plastic bags never decompose entirely, indicating that as industries create more of them, more are put into our surroundings and can harm the environment.

- Candice has a valid point, and I agree with her. As she stated, the greater the number of plastic bags in our surroundings, the greater the risk of pollution, which may affect both the environment and individuals.

- I completely agree that plastic bags should be banned. Plastic bags, as Jeydon stated, are extremely handy and convenient for us humans. But there is a cost to all of this. Plastic bags, like Candice and Stacey explained, are harmful to the environment because if they're not disposed properly of, they may plug roadside drains, causing flooding on the street when there's a lot of rain.
