  •  There are many things you should consider when choosing! 
  •  Environmental considerations

  •  The availability of facilities 
  •  These include: 
  •  Reason for participation 
  •  Health conditions 
  •  Personality and attitude 
  •  Weather is also an important factor in consideration in which physical activity you would like to do! 
  •  Most likely, Muscle Sprains 
  •  Heat stroke 
  •  Heat cramps 
  •  Heat exhaustion 
  •  Hot Weather could cause: 
  •  This depends on one's specific body! 
  •  Caloric Balance is the comparison between how many calories you burn and how many calories you consume daily! 
  •  Hypothermia 
  •  Frostbite 
  •  Cold Weather could cause: 
  • It is important to wear clean, appropriate gear; matching the weather and type of physical activity 
  •  1. Maintaining your heart beat, digesting your food, creating new cells, and all other processes that keep your body alive and well! 
  •  2. Through physical activity; they don't need to be associated with sports or the gym, it can be things such as vacuuming, and dancing! 
  •  Calories are burned in two ways: 
  •  Metabolism-The process used by your body to convert calories to energy 
  •  Make sure not to drastically cut your calorie to a dangerously low level! This could lead to a insufficient amount of calories, that would not let you do daily functions! 
  • 1 pound of fat=3,500 calories!
  •  If you consume less calories than you burn, you will lose weight 
  •  To maintain your body weight, you must burn the same amount of calories that you have consumed! 
  •  Caloric Balance 
  •  When you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight!
