- Noxima is a country governed by a Dictator called "the hand of Noxima", this Dictator have a peculiar way to run his country,
- so the social status of the people is depending in their loyalty to the Hand of Noxima, So the richest ones are living good because the are always agree with the regime and the poor ones are the ones that are against that government type and rules. Two of the richest people are secretly against this type of government but the thing is they want to remain in their status because they have poor families and they want to take care of them. These peoples' names are Yonaiker and Yulisa. So the people who are against of the regime are oppressed by the national guard (GNB) who are trained just for kill and torture anyone who try to attempt something against the hand of Noxima.
- The Hand of Noxima has called a reunion to see what’s going on in the city(the true meaning is actually about the several ways to maintain the poor ones apart or how to torture them in different ways, the mind of the Hand Of Noxima is disturbed) so Yonaiker and Yulisa show up to the reunion because they were part of the Comittee of Noxima they know the purpose of this meeting, and they actually were scared because of their families. But on the other side they wanted to inform the people of the next move of the Dictator. -Let the meeting begin- said the Hand of Noxima
