I could journal about my habits to try and

improve my behavior. Maybe I should try to improve my sleep habits like my mom suggested! I have been having trouble going to bed on time lately. 

I know how important sleep is for my mental and physical health. I don't want to have health issues when I get

older because of my current habits.

Hey babe. I have to be up early for work, so I'm m going to going to bed soon. I'm a heavy sleeper though, so feel free to stay up!
