- My Name is Elizabeth and I am 28 years old, I live by myself in England in the year of 1892
- I need to leave England their is nothing for me here i need to find somewhere with greater economic opportunity and religious freedom, I would want to have kids in a better society
- The only way i could travel to get away was on a boat and i tried to take as much as i can carry , clothes and some food
- The boat ride took me and the other immigrates 2 weeks. It was very crowded and dirty, their were sick people all over and little food to eat, and i was lonely.
- I eventually arrived in New York City everything was huge their were so many options and I was processed in New York City

- I found a apartment in New York City nice price and its still better then in England sad thing is I need to learn better English people can barely understand me here. I need a job to get a better place.

- I found a customer service job where they trained me proper English and i talk to a lot of people , this job was the most they had available at the time and i need to pay bills. It was new to me but i liked it.

- Elizabeth Had a good job met,Brian and had 2 kids a girl and a boy Lisa and Brandon and she was happy she left Now you cant see Elizabeth as a Immigrant anymore she is living a normal lifestyle.
