- Andrew Wiggins was born on February 23,1995 in Toronto Ontario. His father was former NBA player, Mitchell Wiggins so Andrew started playing basketball at age 3. Andrew got quickly obsessed with the sport.

- At just age 9, he could dunk a basketball being 5,7 and at age 13, he shattered his first backboard standing at 6,2. He started to playing in leagues in Toronto. His biggest struggle in these leagues was that the player and parents thought he was overrated. Players were forced to double team Wiggins because how tall and good he was at the sport but that didn't stop him.
- When he was 14, he attended Vaughan secondary School, he started to play better and better each day and practiced for more than 5 hours a day and shortly after came the 2014 NBA draft. Andrew Wiggins was the 1st pick in the 1st round and got drafted to Minnesota Timberwolves.
- After all the bad comments he got from the community, and from the sports casters, calling him over rated, people started to say he wasn’t a team mate, but this only made him better, but what’s stopping him is his past. After playing his best for 6 years straight for the Timberwolves, HE got traded to Golden state warriors.
