- it was a normal day at Kadic, but things are never gonna be the same for 4 freshmen students.
- Leo, Shawn, Derick, and Kattren (or kitty for short) are in for a wild ride/adventure of their lives.they were chosen by Jeremy Belpois (in secret)
- once X.A.N.A activated a tower Jeremy had his wife Aelita bring the four chosen Lyoko warriors to the abandoned factory.Jeremy explained, for many years Aelita and himself had combated X.A.N.A for many years, now that he had chosen 4 teenagers to carry on the fight against X.A.N.A and keep earth and Lyoko safe.
- once the teens were put into the pods, Jeremy worked his magic and virtulized them, Kitty, Shawn, Derick, and Leo were on their way to the world of Lyoko.
- once in Lyoko they took a first look at their Lyoko forms.at first they we're scared but they've got Jeremy and Aelita as their guide as they began their journey as warriors/guardians of Lyoko and use their powers to defeat X.A.N.A for good.
- to the outside world their normal students, but in secret they defend both worlds from a deadly computer virus.
